We keep things fair—for you and for us.

To secure your spot, we may ask for a deposit. The remaining balance is due before your experience begins.

Plans change—that’s okay:

  • Cancel 14+ days ahead → full refund

  • 7–14 days → 50% refund

  • <7 days → no refund

Need to change your date? You can reschedule for free up to 7 days before.

If we need to cancel due to weather or safety, you’ll always get a new date or full refund.

No-shows aren’t refundable.
